To install a SSL certificate to your domain you will need a dedicated ip. You can request a dedicated ip from the administrator for $24 per year.

Before purchasing an SSL certificate you will also need to generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR).

a) Log in to your cPanel.

b) Find the "Security" section and click on "SSL/TLS Manager"

c) Click on the "Private Key (KEY). Generate, view, .....". then generate a new key.

d) Go back to "SSL/TLS Manager and click on Certificate Signing Request (CSR). Generate, view,..."

e) Answer the questions then click Generate.

f) Copy the complete CSR file and give to the SSL provider.

g) The SSL provider will send you the SSL certificate via email.

h) You can install the certificate yourself by going to cPanel "SSL/TLS Manager" or you can open a support ticket and have us install it for you. Please include the SSL certificate with your email.
