The fix for this is to login to your cPanel and click on Email Authentication. Then enable both DomainKeys and SPF. For SPF just use the default settings if you are using the normal SMTP server (mail.yourdomain.com). If you use a different SMTP server you will need to add it to Additional Ip blocks for your domains.

To make sure it is working make sure you see:
Status: Enabled & Active (DNS Check Passed)
for both DomainKeys and SPF.

This needs to be done for every cPanel account that you control!
