Your welcome letter email you receive upon sign up will include this information, as well as other account and login information. You should always refer to this email if you aren't sure how to use or access a service.

You will be prompted for a username and password to log into the control panel, assuming your local system or network isn't blocking access to the control panel ports (2082, 2083, 2095 and others).

The username is your account username and the password is your account's password. This is the same username and password you use for the master account (for FTP and the master POP email account).

You can also access the control panel directly by going to the URL of http://domain-or-ip.com:2082 (by appending the colon + port number). You can do the same for secure NetAdmin access as well.

NOTE: The control panel is separate from the client administration panel.
